Tiago Correia Moreira, Hugo Moredo Santos, Ana Perestrelo Oliveira, Maria de Lurdes Gonçalves and José Miguel Carracho are teaching at the II Postgraduate Course on Fintech, organised by the Private Law Research Centre of the University of Lisbon Law School.

This course aims to provide an in-depth understanding of emerging financial technologies, covering topics such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, regulation of the sector and fintech business models.

As part of the course, Tiago Correia Moreira and Maria de Lurdes Gonçalves lecture on ‘Open Banking and GDPR’, Ana Perestrelo Oliveira addresses the topic of ‘Smart Contracts’, while Hugo Moredo Santos and José Miguel Carracho explore concepts such as ‘Robotic consultancy (automation in financial advice) and portfolio management (WealthTech), social trading, copy trading and crowd wisdom in the capital market’.
