Waste Regulation

The fast-paced evolution of waste sector laws and regulations requires undertakings in this sector to align with new regulation models, including tariffs, and to meet the demanding goals set out in the main sector plans and policies. VdA has long engaged in the waste sector and has second-to-none knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework, which means that we are in a position to provide across-the-board legal support to players in this relevant sector.
