VdA is joining ClimateLaunchpad, the world's largest cleantech competition, as an official partner in Portugal. This initiative seeks to identify and support national startups with innovative solutions to combat climate change.
Applications for the first phase of the competition are open until 4 May, in which ten winning projects will be selected and will have access to the European Regional Final. The first-place winner will also be guaranteed a trip to the international final in Vienna, Austria.
As a partner, VdA will provide the participants with mentoring and specialised support throughout the programme.
In Portugal, the competition is organised by UPTEC - Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto, the Portuguese Order of Engineers and Fórum Oceano/Hub Azul.
