VdA has developed, in the context of the Center for Responsible AI, the “Beyond the AI Act — Responsible AI Legal & Ethical Guide”, a practical resource that helps organisations understand the main legal and ethical challenges associated with the development, implementation and use of artificial intelligence systems.

More than an analysis of the AI Act, this guide addresses key topics such as data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property, sustainability, contracts and responsible AI governance, offering a comprehensive overview of the current regulatory framework.

The guide is an important contribution to promoting a more responsible and safe adoption of artificial intelligence, in line with European values.
