Marco Caldeira, Public Law partner senior associate, notes the 4th article on the accountability of the injured in the collective piece “The Noncontractual Civil Liability of the State and other Public Entities: Comments on the Legislation”.
The senior associate is guest speaker in a presentation conference of the publication, on February 8th at the Torre do Tombo Auditorium at Lisbon University.
