Cláudia da Cruz Almeida (associée) écrit un article pour The Lawyer intitulé « Beating the odds : Portuguese M&A environment in 2020 », dans lequel elle fait une évaluation du secteur des fusions et acquisitions au Portugal en 2020 et indique ses prévisions pour le secteur en 2021.
L’associée affirme : « There are good reasons to have an optimistic outlook for Portuguese M&A in 2021. Like 2020, the year began fueled by a strong pipeline in infrastructure but also in other sectors. Contrary to 2021, the new lockdowns have not significantly impacted ingoing deals nor the preparation of new ones. »
