Miguel Gonzalez Amado will participate this Tuesday, 16 September, as a lecturer in a course dedicated to taxation in the insurance sector, promoted by the Portuguese Insurers Association (APS).
The session is being held at APS headquarters and aims to provide a practical overview of some of the most current and specific taxation issues applicable to the insurance sector.
The training will cover topics such as the limits of tax planning, the tax framework of Life Insurance, Unit Linked and Pension Plans, as well as the tax implications of Tax Insurance and Surety Bonds, are being addressed.
This course is part of the APS training cycle on compliance in the insurance sector, contributing to the dissemination of technical knowledge and best practices among professionals in the field.
