Pedro Brinkmann Cardoso and Sofia Martinho Padrão lectured on the ‘Lex in Real Estate’ course, organised by Lex Lab, a student association at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

The VdA lawyers were responsible for the module on ‘Horizontal Property and the Condominium Regime’, where they covered the key legal frameworks applicable to this area, as part of a programme focused on the fundamentals and challenges of the real estate sector.

The initiative provided participants with a practical and integrated overview of core topics in property law, including legal frameworks, land registration, contracts, taxation and other aspects relevant to legal practice in this area.
