Francisco Cabral Matos and Vanda Cascão lectured in the executive training programme'The Evolution of Energy Law: Renewables, Energy Efficiency and Climate', organised by NOVA School of Law.

During the programme, the VdA lawyers focused on two key areas shaping the transformation of the energy sector. Vanda Cascão led the session on 'Electricity Trading and Contracting', while Francisco Cabral Matos focused on 'Energy Taxation', analysing the legal and tax dynamics of the energy transition.

The programme reflects the broader reforms driven by the European Green Deal and REPowerEU, focusing on the challenges of their implementation in Portugal.
