Mariana França Gouveia will take part in the '9th Lusophones Arbitration Meeting – Digital Assets, Real Disputes: Arbitration at the Edge of Crypto', taking place on 27 March in Paris.

The event will explore the role of arbitration in resolving disputes related to digital assets, blockchain structures and crypto-related transactions.

As digital assets become increasingly embedded in commercial and financial relationships, the initiative will address the emerging challenges for arbitration, including jurisdictional issues, evidentiary challenges, enforcement of arbitral awards and the evolving regulatory landscape.
