Isabel Gião de Andrade, Head of the Social Economy & Human Rights Practice, and Marina Costa Cabral, Senior Associate in the Labour Practice, participated in the Intensive Programme on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, organised by NOVA School of Business and Economics.
The lawyers delivered the module 'Legal Framework on Inclusion', dedicated to analysing the legal framework for inclusion in Portugal. The session explored topics such as how organisations can promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies in compliance with Portuguese law, as well as the main legal instruments applicable to this field.
The programme was designed to offer both a theoretical and practical approach to the challenges of DEI in the corporate context, supporting organisations in implementing sustainable policies aligned with international best practices.
