Isabel Gião Andrade joined VdA in 2010. Head Partner of the Social Economy & Human Rights practice.
Isabel has vast experience in the provision of contractual, commercial, and corporate legal advice to companies and in handling both national and international mergers & acquisitions in several different sectors.
Her practice is currently focused on the development of social and governance best practices in an ESG context, notably the elaboration of corporate strategies and processes, the creation and development of policies promoting and defending human rights and inclusion & diversity, and the implementation of codes of ethical conduct and of human rights and social due diligence processes in a corporate setting, as well as the provision of legal advice to third sector organisations and foundations.
