On 21 May, Magda Cocco took part in the conference 'Our Human Future with Agentic AI: Debating Policy, Ethics, and the Public Good', organised by CIEP-UCP and the Digital Ethics Laboratory, in collaboration with Google Portugal, at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

The VdA Partner joined the panel 'Governance and Regulation of Agentic AI', where she contributed to the discussion on key regulatory and public policy challenges associated with artificial intelligence.

During the session, key issues such as the European Union’s AI Act and the development of new legal frameworks applicable to artificial intelligence systems were addressed, in a context of rapid technological evolution.
