VdA, in partnership with MCT, is promoting the launch of the "Music, Copyright & Technology" course at an event moderated by Tiago Bessa and with the participation of Pedro da Palma Gonçalves in the organisation.

The course launch will feature a performance by Brazilian singer-songwriter Antonio Villeroy and a fado trio composed by Marta Rosa, António Martins and Vital Assunção.

This event will take place on 14 May, from 4pm to 6.15pm, in VdA's António de Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium, where the course structure will be presented and the "Current Challenges of the Music Market" will be debated, in a panel made up of different speakers from the music industry in Portugal.

The "Music, Copyright & Technology" course starts on 21 May and aims to prepare students for the complexities of the modern music industry, while learning about the importance of intellectual property rights and the potential of technology to drive innovation and sustainable growth.
