Iakovina Kindylidi participated as a speaker in the round table "The Role of AI in Healthcare: Opportunities, Challenges and Ethical Considerations".
This debate was held in the context of scientific research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) applied to medicine, a field with undeniable potential for healthcare but which, at the same time, raises concerns about clinical safety, lack of transparency, equitable access, privacy and security.
In this context the University of Porto's Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) organised this round table on 8 April.
