Helena Correia Mendonça is a keynote speaker at the 10th edition of the Coimbra Space Summer School, an initiative dedicated to university students, researchers and entrepreneurs interested in exploring the space economy or developing business ideas in the field of space technology.
The participation of VdA's lawyer will take place on the second day of the event, with a presentation on "Space Law: Essential Legal Insights for Space Ventures".
This edition of the Coimbra Space Summer School will take place from 4 to 6 September, at the Pedro Nunes Institute, with the theme "The solar peak of 2025". The summer school programme includes presentations on topics related to the current solar cycle, sunspot activity, solar flares and geomagnetic storms.
This initiative is organised by the Pedro Nunes Institute in partnership with the Geophysical and Astronomical Observatory of the University of Coimbra (OGAUC), the Institute of Astrophysics and Space Sciences and the GeoPlaNet Master's Degree of the University of Coimbra.
