Benedita Gonçalves attended the event "AI and Analytics in HR Management", organised by HR Ahead Project in partnership with SHL Portugal.
The VdA lawyer participated as a speaker in a round table dedicated to the theme "Challenges of AI in Human Resources Management: HRM skills, leaders, AI regulation", together with Ana Luísa Silva, Human Resources Development Coordinator at Banco de Portugal, and Paulo Lopes Henriques, Full Professor at ISEG.
This event took place on 4 October, in Porto, and also included panels on "HR Solutions with AI" and "AI and Analytics Cases for Talent Management".
