VdA, in partnership with the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance (IPCG), Abreu Advogados, Linklaters, Morais Leitão, PLMJ, SRS Legal and Uría Menéndez are organising the Conference ‘Sustainability: Governance and Transparency’, which will take place on November 12 at the Centro Cultural de Belém Foundation Congress Centre in Lisbon.
Assunção Cristas, representing VdA, will be one of the speakers on the panel ‘Role and responsibility of the Board of Directors and its members’. In addition to this session, the conference programme includes panels on ‘Sustainability Governance: stakeholder relevance’ and ‘Transparency in reporting: risks and opportunities’.
