On 24 March, VdA will host the Imojuris Seminar 'Housing: New Investment Incentives', featuring Francisco Cabral Matos, Miguel Marques dos Santos, Pedro Corrêa de Oliveira and Hugo Leonardo.
The event will bring together industry experts to discuss the Government’s recent measures aimed at increasing housing supply, including new tax frameworks and investment incentives.
Key topics will include tax benefits applicable to tenants and affordable housing buyers, as well as the relevant eligibility criteria, validity periods and monitoring mechanisms associated with these measures.
Miguel Marques dos Santos, alongside António Gil Machado (Vida Imobiliária), will led the opening session followed by an opening speech by the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, Cláudia Reis Duarte.
Hugo Leonardo will speak in the session on tax incentives, while Pedro Corrêa de Oliveira will address Investment Lease Agreements (CIA) and the Simplified Affordable Rental Scheme (RSAA). Francisco Cabral Matos will take part in the round-table discussion, alongside Manuel Maria Gonçalves (APPII) and Miguel Marques dos Santos.
