Ricardo Bordalo Junqueiro, Head of the Competition & EU Practice Partner, took part as a lecturer in the Master in Law and Management, jointly organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management, where he taught the module “Exclusionary Abuses – a practitioner’s perspective”.

The session, held on 16 January, took a practical approach to exclusionary abuses and their assessment under competition law.
