Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira and Tiago Bessa participated as speakers at the Conference "Online Gaming Law in Portugal – Framework and Challenges", organised by the Institute for Interdisciplinary Research of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (IURIS), in partnership with the Association of Online Betting and Gaming (APAJO).

The Conference, which took place on 18 November, aimed to reflect on the approach of law in this activity and its different agents.

Rodrigo Esteves de Oliveira was part of the panel "Status of gaming and betting in Portugal", alongside Jorge Godinho (Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes) and moderated by Alcina de Oliveira Alves (CCA Law Firm). Tiago Bessa moderated the panel "Responsibility and powers to combat illegal content and operators", with the participation of Domingos Soares Farinho (Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon) and David Silva Ramalho (Morais Leitão).
