8th CPLP Communications Forum
Tiago Bessa, Telecomunications, Media & IT’s practice managing associate, is guest speaker at the 8th CPLP Communications Forum.
The Ministre for Transportation and Communications of Guinea Bissau is also speaking at this event held by the Association of Communications and Telecomunications Regulators of Portuguese Speaking Countries organization (ARCTEL-CPLP) and LusNic Assocation.
The forum takes place on February 15 and 16 in Bissau.
