VdA and IMOjuris host the VII IMOjuris Seminar
VdA and IMOjuris host VII IMOjuris Seminar, a conference to debate the “Real Estate investment opportunities in Portugal through IFRRU 2020”.
IFRRU 2020 is a financial instrument that gathers several funding sources for urban rehabilitation in a total value of 1400 M€: 700M€ public (Portugal 2020 European Funds | State Budget | BEI |CEB) and 700 M€ private (Santander | BPI | BCP).
The President of “Comissão Diretiva da Estrutura de Gestão do IFRRU 2020”, and the Vice-President of the Portuguese Association for Real Estate Investors and Property developers, participate at this event, among other professionals from the real estate sector.
Ana Marta Castro, Public Law practice managing associate, participates as guest speaker at this event, where she speaks on “O processo de candidatura ao IFRRU 2020 por parte dos investidores”.
The managing associate also moderates the debate that closes the event which takes place on June 6 at VdA Auditorium in Lisbon.
