Nádia Crujeira da Costa and Margarida Barahona Pereira, senior associate and trainee (respectively) of the TMT practice, represent VdA in a training cycle organized with APS – the Portuguese Insurance Association - on the most relevant changes that the General Regulation on Data Protection has brought to the insurance sector, on May 18.
The session was dedicated to the new rules on processing of personal data and it's application to the insurance sector.
Each session is dedicated to a subject relevant to the processing of personal data in this sector, and the next sessions are scheduled June 1, and June 22.
