Sofia Bobone
Sofia Bobone a rejoint VdA en 2006. Elle est Associée de la pratique Corporate et F&A où elle se consacre aux processus d'acquisition, de vente et de restructuration de sociétés commerciales, accompagnant également la vie sociétaire de différentes entreprises.
En outre, elle accompagne les processus de financement d'acquisitions et de financement d'entreprises, pour le compte de clients nationaux et internationaux, notamment en ce qui concerne la mise en œuvre et le suivi de projets d'investissement par fonds de capital-risque.
Licence en Droit de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université Catholique Portugaise (Lisbonne).
Au cours des années 2017 et 2018, elle a travaillé au sein du département Corporate de Kirkland & Ellis LLP, à New York, où elle a accompagné plusieurs transactions internationales de Private Equity.
Auteur de différents articles pour des revues spécialisées, parmi lesquelles l’International Governance digital guide.
