Benedita Gonçalves
Benedita Gonçalves a rejoint la pratique de Droit du Travail du bureau de Porto en 2007. Sa pratique se concentre sur le droit du travail et de la sécurité sociale, notamment en ce qui concerne les contrats de travail, les restructurations, les audits du travail, les rémunérations et les avantages, les procédures de licenciement, les négociations individuelles et collectives et les procédures disciplinaires en matière de travail.
Elle a également travaillé activement dans le domaine du contentieux, représentant des entreprises dans plusieurs domaines du droit du travail.
Tout au long de sa carrière, elle a travaillé dans divers secteurs d'activité, et plus particulièrement dans les secteurs de l'automobile, de l'industrie, des transports, de la santé et de la pharmacie, représentant un grand nombre d'entreprises de référence, tant nationales qu'étrangères, au Portugal.
Licence en Droit de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université Catholique Portugaise.
Diplôme universitaire en droit du travail de la Faculté de Droit de l’Université de Lisbonne.
Diplôme universitaire concernant la nouvelle loi du travail dans la fonction publique.
Avant de rejoindre le cabinet elle a été collaboratrice chez "Pinto Júnior & Associados".
