Benedita Aires
Benedita Aires a rejoint VdA en 2003. Elle est Associée exécutive du groupe Finance & Transactions et associée de la pratique Banque & Finance où elle a travaillé sur plusieurs opérations, notamment sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux concernant l’émission et le placement d'instruments de dette et de capitaux propres, d'instruments de capital réglementaire, ainsi que d’autres produits financiers structurés et de financement classique.
Benedita a également participé activement à plusieurs opérations de titrisation, d'émissions d'obligations hypothécaires, de financement de portefeuilles d'actifs et d'autres opérations adossées à des actifs.
Plus récemment, elle a participé à des opérations de recapitalisation publique de banques portugaises et à l'approbation de leurs plans de restructuration par la Commission européenne. Elle a fourni des conseils sur l'application des mesures de résolution aux banques portugaises, sur la création de banques de transition et leurs processus de vente, ainsi que sur la vente d'institutions financières.
