Pedro Pires Fernandes joined VdA in 2011. Managing Associate of the Litigation & Arbitration practice. He has been involved in several disputes (including private enforcements, distribution agreements, product liability, M&A, professional liability and construction) within a wide variety of sectors (including telecommunications, retail, construction, banking, oil & gas, automotive and health), both before national courts and arbitral tribunals and before international arbitral tribunals.
