Joana Reis Barata rejoined VdA in 2021. She is a Senior Associate in the IP Litigation practice.
She has been involved in various judicial and arbitral disputes related to intellectual property, particularly concerning patent infringement and nullity actions in the pharmaceutical sector. Additionally, Joana provides legal advice to national and international companies across all areas of Intellectual Property.
