Frederico Gonçalves Pereira joined VdA in 1995. He is Disputes & Restructuring Group Executive Partner and Litigation & Arbitration Partner.

Responsible for creating VdA’s Litigation & Arbitration department, Frederico Gonçalves Pereira has vast experience of over thirty years in civil and commercial litigation and pre-litigation, as well as corporate restructurings and insolvencies, often leading high profile complex arbitration proceedings, in Portugal as in all VdA Legal Partners’ jurisdictions – across Lusophone and Francophone Africa and East-Timor.
