VdA Academia hosts the 4th edition of the Women on Boards Angola Executive Programme, in collaboration with BAI Academy, which will take place from 21 to 24 September in an online format.

For a group of 29 trainees from different backgrounds (public and private sector), essential skills will be developed to prepare female company executives for their roles on Boards of Directors and supervisory bodies.

The Programme covers management, legal and behavioural contents, providing the development of knowledge and skills in fundamental areas for the successful exercise of these functions, distributed in 12 Modules.

Magda Cocco, Fernando Resina da Silva, Paulo Trindade Costa , Susana Almeida Brandão, Diogo Santana Lopes and Sandra Pedro Serrano are part of the panel of trainers in the 4^th edition of WoB Angola.
