Paulo Pinheiro, VdA's partner in charge of the Life Sciences practice and Francisca Paulouro, managing associate from the same practice are the authors of the article dedicated to the legal framework for pharmaceutical advertising in Portugal for the International Comparative Legal Guide to Pharmaceutical Advertising 2013. The article traces the general legal framework and codes of practice on pharmaceutical advertising in force in Portugal.
