The article analyses the Policy Statement PS23/16 of the Financial Conduct Authority of the United Kingdom on "Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) and investment labels", published in November 2023. This regulation defines the requirements for sustainability disclosure and labelling of financial products, in line with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019.
