Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Managing Associate) is quoted in an article on Expresso newspaper about the implications that the rejection of the State Budget Proposal for 2022 may have on the Revision of the labour law.
"The bill announced by the Government, within the scope of the Decent Work Agenda, would still have to be presented to Parliament and, as with labour standards, presupposes a period of public consultation. Now, if the dissolution of Parliament would occur, the norms would hardly have time to be approved", states the lawyer.
