José Sintra (Head of People Strategy) writes an opinion article for Jornal de Negócios newspaper entitled " The mental health panorama in Portugal: where have we come from and where are we going?", in which he develops the need to make a joint commitment of the State, public and private entities, schools, universities and families, for the inclusion and demystification of the stigma associated with mental health.

Moreover, companies today play a role that goes far beyond wealth generation. More than ever, it is expected by society that companies incorporate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria, acting as agents of social change."
