Francisco Campos Braz (Senior Associate) co-authored an article published in the online publication Human – “Recursos Humanos e Gestão”, about preventing discrimination when it comes to evaluating.
"Thus, instead of evaluating actions and behaviours in an objective way, we tend to evaluate people according to the relationship we have with them or with the group where they are inserted, losing objectivity and increasing the risk of prejudices and discriminatory actions when evaluating and/or recruiting."
