VdA welcomes the degree of Doctor of Laws awarded to Marco Caldeira (Managing Associate) by the University of Lisbon.

His doctorate thesis, in Legal and Political Sciences, on "The Government program in the Portuguese political-constitutional system", was approved yesterday with distinction.
