Américo Oliveira Fragoso (Coordinating Associate) is quoted in an article in the Expresso newspaper on the simplified lay-off regime, under the scenario caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
"In private limited companies, there are cases in which the partner is registered with Social Security as a worker, and only in these cases will his remuneration be protected under the lay-off regime".
