24 recommendations for boosting the Portuguese Market
VdA was the law firm invited by AEM - Associação de Emitentes de Mercado ( Issuers Association ) - to participate in the study report which aimed at boosting the capital markets sector. VdA lawyers José Pedro Fazenda Martins , head of capital markets practice , and Ricardo Seabra Moura, from Tax practice represented VdA in the 24 measures that came into light and were presented at a press conference held in Lisbon on 5 July 2013. The final report will be now delivered to the Parliament, Government, Bank of Portugal and CMVM.
