Paulo Olavo Cunha talks to Jornal de Negócios
The new measures taken by the Government regarding the permission to create companies with a corporate capital of one Euro aim at “fostering entrepeneurship”, writes Jornal de Negócios newspaper. However, VdA’s partner and professor Paulo Olavo Cunha, talked to the newspaper explaining that “there is a principle regarding corporate capital that states that this is a capital destined to cover the economical necessities of the corporate project”.
