Carla Gonçalves Borges, Litigation & Arbitration managing associate, was appointed to the Coordination Commission of the Portuguese Arbitration Association Under 40 Council, effective from January 2017. The decision was announced at the 10th Congress of the Commercial Arbitration Centre, which took place in Lisbon on July 8th.
The Under 40 Council, comprising four members, targets the younger members of the APA (under 40 years of age) and promotes arbitration by organising initiatives specifically focused on them.
