Pedro Simões Coelho talks to Funds People
Funds People Portugal publishes an article by VdA's partner Pedro Simões Coelho in which the lawyer approaches some of the modifications proposed by the draft proposal for revision of the Portuguese Securities Market Commission Regulation nr 15/2003.
This project follows the approval by the Council of Ministers on the 17 April of the new Legal Regime on Collective Investment Entities, which transposes the European Directives to the national legal system, namely the UCITS IV.
