Sara Nazaré and Joana Piriquito Santos, participated as guest speakers in the 2nd edition of the Intellectual Property Procedural and Process Law Course, organised by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
The lawyers spoke on the topic of Standard Essential Patents and the outlines of the so-called FRAND (fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory) licenses.
