Francisco Cabral Matos is a speaker at the event "GLS Meeting: Mergers & Aquisitions 2024", organised by WTS Global in Portugal with the support of VdA.

This event takes place as part of the WTS Global network, of which VdA is a member, and aims to present the evolution of the markets and promote debate on risk management within multinational groups. This topic will be discussed at a round table, in which Francisco Cabral Matos will take part along with Cristina Chaparro Vaquero, Head of M&A and Transactions in Iberia at AON, João Leitão, Head of Tax at Grupo Brisa and Roland Holz, Partner at WTS Germany.

For an analysis of market developments, Heiko Frank, Partner at WTS Advisory, will participate in the event.
