Joana Neves (Managing Associate) organises and participates as a guest speaker in the "ICC Advanced Seminar on Arbitration" promoted by the ICC - International Court of Arbitration.
This seminar offers comprehensive training on arbitration under the ICC Rules, developing and highlighting the amendments introduced in 2021.
Joana Neves will teach the module regarding "The Initial Phase", also participating in the introduction of the seminar and in the simulation of the trial hearing.
The seminar takes place from 17 to 19 November at the Campolide Campus of NOVA School of Law.
