On 1 October, VdA will host the Global Agri Forum, an event for which the firm acts as Host and Gold Sponsor, bringing together business leaders, investors, agrifood industry representatives and institutional stakeholders to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of agribusiness.

Under the theme"Building the Future of Agribusiness", the forum will address key issues facing the agrifood sector, ranging from sustainability and food security to investment opportunities and growth in strategic markets. With a strong international dimension and a particular focus on the Portuguese-speaking world, the event aims to foster dialogue across the agrifood value chain.

Representing VdA, Assunção Cristas will participate in the panel"Population Growth and Sustainability: Combined Challenges for Agrifood Production", which will explore the challenges that population growth and sustainability pose to agrifood production.

Catarina Pinto Correia will join the roundtable"Agribusiness on an Investor Perspective", where leading market players will discuss the main trends, opportunities and challenges influencing investment decisions in the agribusiness sector.
