Chen Chen and Diogo Bordeira Neves took part in the "Corporate Environmental Responsibility" Conference, a joint initiative between Lisbon Environmental Law and the ESG Corporate Monitor of CIDP - Private Law Research Centre, which aims to promote a discussion with a special focus on issues related to the international environmental responsibility of companies, due diligence obligations and climate litigation, corporate governance and reporting obligations, as well as financial law and sustainable finance.

Chen Chen took part in the panel dedicated to the SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation) and the "Taxonomy Regulation". His speech provided an in-depth analysis of the challenges and opportunities emerging in the context of the regulations in force, highlighting the crucial role that the financial sector plays in the transition to a more sustainable economy.
Diogo Bordeira Neves spoke on the topic of "Sustainable Finance" and offered a legal perspective on financial practices and instruments that promote sustainability. The discussion covered the trends and innovations shaping the sustainable finance landscape.
