VdA, in partnership with Nova SBE Education, hosts the conference "Are cryptoactive assets already legal?", as part of the Cycle of Conferences dedicated to the European Commission's New Digital Financial Package, with the aim of providing a practical approach to the challenges and opportunities arising from the proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament, and of the Council on the cryptoactive markets.
In the event, which will take place on March 25, via Microsoft Teams, Tiago Correia Moreira (Partner) develops the theme "(Other) so many legal challenges", and Fernando Resina da Silva (Partner) will close the session.
