VdA is organising the event ‘HR Future: Artificial Intelligence - Strategies, Challenges and Opportunities’, which will take place on 12 November, between 8.30am and 11am, at the António de Magalhães Cardoso Auditorium, in VdA's Lisbon office.

 

This event aims to discuss Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the consequent transformation in Human Resources management, inviting reflection on the emerging legal challenges and the innovative opportunities that arise from this, promoting knowledge about the technological revolution in the sector.

 

The event is composed by a series of discussions between experts from the Artificial Intelligence and Human Resources sectors. To this end, the programme begins with a welcome session led by Américo Oliveira Fragoso. Next, Magda Cocco presents the panel ‘Setting the Scene: Overview of the challenges and opportunities of AI Act in the context of recruitment and human resources management’. After this introduction, the debate ‘Challenges of AI in Human Resources’ will take place, moderated by Américo Oliveira Fragoso and with the participation of Inês Antas de Barros, Rita Rocha, Paulo Leitão (Senior Recruiter at McKinsey) and Susana Silva (Human Resources Director at El Corte Inglés).
