Reditus organised a two-day conference, dedicated to the topic “Business Process Outsourcing – Governance Day”. The event covered the theme of Outsourcing in its various guises, and was presented by speakers from The Boston Consulting Group, Vodafone, Liberty and VdA, in addition to Reditus itself.


VdA made a presentation on “The Legal Framework surrounding a contract in Business Process Outsourcing”. Participating in this were Margarida Couto and Magda Cocco, who dealt with the treatment of personal details in these kinds of contracts, and Fernando Resina da Silva, who tackled all other aspects of the legal and contractual framework of Outsourcing.
